The Property Emporium SL is a new company with new ideas . Our aim is to provide a fully comprehensive service, using the best that modern technology has to offer, whilst retaining good old fashioned values.

In December 2004, TPE was formed by co-directors John Horsfield and Karen Poland who, between them, have 17 years’ experience of both living and selling properties on the Coast.

WHAT’S DIFFERENT ABOUT THE PROPERTY EMPORIUM?

John says "We believe our size is our strength. Unlike a lot of our competitors, we don’t have multiple offices and large sales forces. Karen and I will be handling everything personally, from the initial enquiry to our full after-sales service. This approach is already proving to be successful, in fact the majority of the enquiries we are receiving are via recommendation from previous clients."

Karen, who worked for an established Marbella agency and as a freelance agent for many years says "By listening to our clients and making a careful study of their requirements, we shall be able to create a tailor-made portfolio of properties which, initially, can be viewed in detail from the comfort of their own home. Once here on the Coast, valuable time will not be wasted viewing unsuitable properties. We have no intention of becoming involved in the rushed, high pressure 3-4 day inspection visits offered by many agents. I want there to be a trust and full understanding between The Property Emporium and its clients, perhaps even before we meet."
